Market homes so that the highest possible rent can be procured

Collect and record rents

Disburse funds

Provide monthly income and expense statements detailing all transactions

Make mortgage and/or other payments relating to the property upon request at no additional cost

Arrange for and make contracts with utility companies and/or service contracts

Contract for all repairs and maintenance using licensed, insured independed contractors proven to be qualified, experienced and reasonably priced

Thoroughly screen all prospective tenants

Take appropriate legal action on delinquent rents and any deficiencies found under the lease agreement

Tenant and owners will have access to a property manager at any time in case of emergency (day-to-day functions will be handled during regular business hours)

The management fee for single family residences is 10% of the gross rents collected monthly.
